Fees & Payment Details
Registration will be possible until the 1st March 2015.
All registrations received will be confirmed by e-mail.
Should there be any changes delegates must contact the organising committee as soon as possible: irfgt@eshte.pt
Your registration will be complete once registration form and proof of payment have been received.
For that purpose, one must:
1. Complete the Registration Form;
2. Execute the bank transfer;
3. Send the organisation proof of the money transfer (scanned document will do).
Cancellations & Refunds
Any cancellation of registration must be submitted to the organization by e-mail irfgt@eshte.pt.
Cancellations before 18th February 2015 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of 30 Euros (€30).
Important notes:

Please don't forget the conference fee must be paid from the 1st of January to the 1st of March only. Payment is due by Bank Transfer - see details above.

Bank fees must be paid by the delegates.

Portuguese delegates should use the NIB and the account references above to pay the congress fee.

The optional tour to Sintra on the 19th of March (€20) and the optional Gala Dinner on the 20th of March (€50) can only be paid directly in cash in the welcome desk of the forum, on the 19th of March.
